Accessibility statement

We want our website and the clinic dashboard to be usable by everyone, including with a keyboard only, with a screen reader or with screen magnification.

The standard we aim for is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 from the W3C. We do not aim for level AAA.

• the public website allo-clinique.com, in English and in French;
• the dashboard used by client clinics.

It does not cover:

• the phone voice agent, which is not a web page;
• the Stripe payment page and the Cloudflare anti-bot check, two services run by other companies that we do not control.

No known issue. Our checks found no level AA failure that remains to be fixed. The last issue found, a link with too little contrast on the home page, was fixed on September 23, 2026.

Our evaluation is not complete yet (see section 5). So we cannot yet say that the site is fully compliant.

• Automated tests. The axe-core tool checks the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules at levels A and AA, including touch target size. It runs on the main pages of the site, on desktop and on mobile (the home page also in dark mode), and on the main screens of the dashboard. Result of the latest run: no violations.
• Manual review of the criteria added by WCAG 2.2 that a tool cannot judge: focus not hidden (2.4.11), no required dragging gesture (2.5.7), help always in the same place (3.2.6), no information asked twice (3.3.7) and sign-in without a memory test (3.3.8). Result: met.
• No password. You sign in with a link sent by email, then with a code that you can paste or let your device fill in.

• No test with a real screen reader (NVDA, VoiceOver), and no test by people with disabilities.
• Automated tests find only part of the possible issues. “No violations” means “no issue that a machine can detect”.

We review this statement at least once a year, and after any major change to the website or the dashboard.
