Who is behind Allo Clinique
Allo Clinique is a Quebec service that answers the phone for health clinics when nobody can pick up — and books the appointment during the call, not after it.
Why this service exists
In a clinic, the phone rings while someone is at the front desk, during lunch, in the evening, on weekends. The caller reaches voicemail and, most of the time, leaves no message: they simply dial the next clinic.
This is not a matter of goodwill, it is a matter of structure. A receptionist cannot be in two places at once, and nobody hires staff to answer three calls on a Saturday night.
Allo Clinique answers those calls. The agent speaks Quebec French and English, checks the clinic’s real availability, books the appointment and sends the confirmation by text. When a situation falls outside its scope — an emergency, a delicate case — it transfers to your team instead of improvising.
What we do, and what we do not
The agent books and moves appointments, answers common questions about the clinic, sends reminders and follows up on missed calls. That is all, and it is already a lot.
It gives no medical advice, makes no diagnosis and does not replace a professional’s judgement. A clinic remains responsible for its care; we only handle the front door.
Your data stays here
The database is in Canada and the service is built for Quebec’s Law 25 on the protection of personal information. Audio recording of calls is turned off: we do not keep your patients’ voices.

A local company, deliberately small
Allo Clinique is designed and operated in Quebec by Lotfi Hichem Boutalbi. It is a small operation, and we would rather say so: when you write, a real person reads it, and you will not wait three days for an answer.
The flip side is that we choose our clients. We would rather serve a few clinics well than take on a volume we could not sustain.
