Pricing FAQ
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- No. One-click cancellation from the dashboard, effective at the end of the billed cycle. No exit clause, no fee. 100% of your data goes with you (CSV or JSON).
- What happens if I exceed 800 calls per month?
- Each additional call is billed at CA$0.55, added to next month's invoice. You see consumption in real time on the dashboard and get an alert at 80% of quota.
- Can I have multiple numbers for the same clinic?
- Yes. Each additional AI number is CA$399/mo with its own 800-call quota. Useful for multi-site clinics or multi-department flows (emergencies, scheduling, follow-up).
- What does the CA$499 setup actually include?
- Personal configuration by the founder: purchase and provisioning of the Quebec number, voice calibration, calendar integration (Cliniko or native), end-to-end testing with your team, hands-on support for the first 7 days. Charged once, never recurring.
- Why 3 months free for design partners?
- The design partner program is a privileged track reserved for the first three clinics that work closely with us: three months on the house, direct founder access, influence on priority features, and lifetime preferential pricing after the privileged period.
- Which practice-management software does "Connect to your software" support?
- Native integration available today: Cliniko. Other software supported on demand during onboarding (Square Appointments, Open Dental, Calendly, Acuity, ezyVet, Provet Cloud, NexHealth, Mindbody, Dentrix, AbelDent). For Quebec-specific software without a public API (Dentitek, Progident, Owl Practice), your clinic stays in standalone mode with summaries pushed to your team by SMS/email — and the "Connect to your software" add-on is not billed.
- Do you accept checks or bank transfers?
- Credit card by default (Stripe). For clinics with more than 10 practitioners, payment by Interac transfer or check on annual invoicing (with 2-month discount). Contact us.
