Pricing FAQ
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- No. One-click cancellation from the dashboard, effective at the end of the billing cycle. No exit clause, no fee. Your calls, bookings and messages export to CSV from the dashboard, any time.
- What happens if I exceed my included quota?
- Every plan includes a number of calls AND the minutes that go with them — two minutes per call, the real measured average. Solo: 300 calls and 600 minutes, then CA$0.65 per call or CA$0.34 per minute. Standard: 800 calls and 1,600 minutes per number, then CA$0.55 per call or CA$0.29 per minute. If you go over on both, we bill the higher of the two — never both, that would be charging twice for the same conversation. Overage is added to next month's invoice, and you track your consumption in real time on the dashboard.
- Can I have multiple numbers for the same clinic?
- Yes. Each additional AI number is CA$399/mo with its own 800-call quota. Useful for multi-site clinics or multi-department flows (emergencies, scheduling, follow-up).
- What does the CA$499 setup actually include?
- Personal configuration by the founder: purchase and provisioning of the Quebec number, voice calibration, setup of your Allo Clinique calendar (practitioners, services, opening hours), end-to-end testing with your team, hands-on support for the first 7 days. Charged once, never recurring. If you decide not to go live within 30 days of signing, we refund the setup in full.
- Why 3 months free for design partners?
- The design partner program is a privileged track reserved for the first 3 clinics that work closely with us: three months on the house, direct founder access, influence on priority features, and lifetime preferential pricing after the privileged period.
- Which practice-management software does "Connect to your software" support?
- The add-on delivers a real-time webhook: every call, booking and reminder is pushed to your CRM, your Slack channel or any software that accepts a webhook (JSON format, Zapier compatible). That is the path we have tested and run in production, and it goes one way only — we do not write into your practice-management software. For Quebec-specific software without a public API (Dentitek, Progident, Owl Practice), your clinic stays in standalone mode: everything lands in the Allo Clinique dashboard.
- Do you accept checks or bank transfers?
- Credit card by default (Stripe). For clinics with more than 10 practitioners, payment by Interac transfer or check on annual invoicing (with 2-month discount). Contact us.
