Pricing and billing
What you pay, what is included, and what triggers an overage: two plans in Canadian dollars, a one-time setup fee, and usage you follow in your dashboard.
The two plans
The Solo plan is CA$299 per month and includes 300 calls and 600 minutes. The Standard plan is CA$399 per month per number, and includes 800 calls and 1600 minutes. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
A one-time setup fee of CA$499 applies when the service goes live.
Overages
Beyond the included calls: CA$0.65 per call on Solo, CA$0.55 on Standard. Beyond the included minutes: CA$0.34 per minute on Solo, CA$0.29 on Standard.
You never pay both overages at once. We bill the higher of the two, never their sum. A clinic whose calls are short never sees the minute allowance; it only exists to cap extreme cases.
Following your usage
Your dashboard shows at all times where you stand in the month, in calls and in minutes. You do not have to wait for the invoice to find out.
