Security
Where your data lives, who can read it, how your team signs in, and what we do not record: the calls are transcribed, never kept as audio.
No audio recording
Calls are not recorded. We keep the written transcript and a summary, not the voice.
This is a choice, not a technical limit: an audio file is the hardest thing to protect, to anonymize and to erase on request. The transcript is enough for everything the service has to do.
Where the data lives
The database is in Canada. Access is denied by default and opened case by case: a clinic can only see its own data, and that separation is enforced by the database itself, not just by the screen.
Each person on your team has their own login, with a role. A staff member cannot change the agent’s configuration or the billing.
Signing in
You sign in with a link sent to your email address: there is no password to remember, so there is no password to steal. Two-factor authentication is available.
The sign-in form is protected against repeated attempts. A sign-in message always reads the same way, whether or not the address exists with us — otherwise anyone could work out which clinics are our customers.
